Blue Collar Crypto

The fine print, in plain English

Disclaimer & affiliate disclosure

Not financial, tax, or legal advice

Everything on Blue Collar Crypto, including articles, emails, videos, and social posts, is general education and the author's personal opinion. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. It isn't written for your personal situation.

I'm a framer and builder, not a licensed financial advisor, broker, CPA, or attorney. Before you make money decisions, especially about taxes or retirement accounts, talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Crypto is risky

  • Crypto prices can swing hard and fast. You can lose some or all of what you put in.
  • Crypto payments usually can't be reversed. Per the FTC, once you pay with crypto you generally get it back only if the person you paid sends it back.
  • Nothing here is a promise of future results. Never invest money you need for bills, emergencies, or retirement.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate or "paid" links. If you click one and buy something or sign up, Blue Collar Crypto may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those links are marked "paid link" right next to them. When a whole article includes them, a note at the top says so.

I only point to products I'd use or have looked into myself. A commission never decides what I write. I don't accept payment to promote any coin or token.

Current affiliate relationships: none at this time. Each program will be listed here if that changes.

This disclosure follows the FTC's Endorsement Guides, which say material connections like commissions must be disclosed clearly and close to the recommendation. See FTC: Endorsement Guides, What People Are Asking.

Accuracy

I cite my sources and try to keep things current, but rules and products change. If you spot a mistake, tell me at caleb@bluecollarcrypto.xyz and I'll fix it.

Privacy

The email signup on this site is handled by beehiiv, a newsletter service. If you sign up, your email is used for one thing: sending you the newsletter. I never sell it or hand it out.

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it any time and you're off the list.

The signup form is loaded from beehiiv, so their privacy policy also applies. Questions? Email me at caleb@bluecollarcrypto.xyz.
